 Investing in Your Memories

Family photos are an incredible way to preserve the sweet details of your kids as they grow and change allowing us to really lock in the memories of their littleness and teenage swagger. I aim to provide a comfortable and engaging environment for you and your family during our session. I want you to feel relaxed and confident so that we can capture great photos of your family loving each other. It's okay if your kids are feeling a little shy or a little feisty. I like to give them time to relax and allow them to be in their element, then we can capture their true personalities for you to share with family and for them to look back on as they grow up. 

I love the photos of my families and I want to share them all with you. Because I don't want to keep any wonderful images from you, my packages are all inclusive, guaranteeing 30 high resolution edited photos, but my galleries often include more. Galleries will be delivered to you via a password protected link that you can use to view, download, and share with your family and friends.

Family Photography Session | $450 (+ WA Sales Tax, 10.2%)

Whether your family is you and your partner or includes a whole bunch of kiddos, I want to help you freeze your memories in photos. Your lifestyle family session is all inclusive. We will meet up for a 45-60 minute fun and relaxed photo session with you and your immediate family, usually at an outdoor location. Following the session, you will receive a link to a private online gallery which provides access to high resolution photos for you to download, print, and display as you choose (minimum 30 images).  

Extended family sessions start at $450 +tax with an additional cost of $50 +tax per person beyond your immediate family.

* $100 deposit is required to secure your session date.

Maternity & Newborn Photography Bundle | $850 (+ WA Sales Tax, 10.2%)

Are you looking to capture your sweet baby bump and you new little love? This bundle may be just right for you. It includes a full 45-60 minutes maternity session with you and your family as well as a 1-2 hour lifestyle newborn session. Both sessions are all inclusive. Following each session, you will receive a link to a private online gallery which provides access to high resolution photos for you to download, print, and display as you choose (minimum 30 images per session). That’s 2 full sessions and 60+ images to document this momentous time in life with the added bonus of saving $150.

* $100 deposit is required to secure your session date.

Newborn Photography Session | $550 (+ WA Sales Tax, 10.2%)

Let’s capture all the tiny details of your newest little babe. Your lifestyle newborn session is all inclusive. We will meet up for a 1-2 hour relaxed photo session with you and your immediate family, usually in the comfort of your home. Following the session, you will receive a link to a private online gallery which provides access to high resolution photos for you to download, print, and display as you choose (minimum 30 images). 

* $100 deposit is required to secure your session date.

Maternity photos are a one of a kind opportunity to capture photos of your sweet baby bump before your little love arrives. We will meet up for a 45-60 minute relaxed photo session with you and your immediate family, usually at an outdoor location or in your home. We will capture images of just you and your bump, you and your partner, and any older siblings highlighting your lovely bump. Your maternity session is all inclusive. Following the session, you will receive a link to a private online gallery which provides access to high resolution photos for you to download, print, and display as you choose (minimum 30 images).  

* $100 deposit is required to secure your session date.

Mini Photography Session | $250 (+ WA Sales Tax, 10.2%)

Mini Sessions are offered on specific dates set by the photographer. Typically one time in the Spring (in studio) and one time in the fall (outdoor location). Mini sessions include 15 minutes of photography shooting time and 7 high resolution digital images of your choosing from an online proofing gallery. You also have the option to purchase additional images from your gallery after the session.

*Full $250 mini session fee is due at the time of booking to secure your spot.

ADD-ON Studio Session | $ per hour rental rate (minimum cost $190 + WA state sales tax)

If you’re interested in photos during the cold, rainy months and would prefer not to have your session in your home, we have a studio option available. The Studio Session Add-On can be added to any regular full session. We rent studio time from a local Lake Forest Park photography studio and love to shoot there! This is a great option for newborn photos, cake smashes, milestone portraits, birthday portraits, family photos, headshots, and branding photos. Please reach out if this interests you and we can discuss the details of renting the space to meet your needs for our session.

What kind of photographer are you?

I am a Lifestyle photographer specializing in family and newborn photography who uses primarily natural light to capture portraits of the best people in your life. I love to capture genuine expressions with interactions between loved ones.

How long will my session be?

Family sessions are usually about 45-60 minutes and move fairly quickly to keep everyone engaged. 

Newborn sessions are usually 1-2 hours to allow time for breaks so that baby can be fed, changed and cared for. 

 

Where will my newborn session be held?

Newborn sessions are typically held in the comfort of your home. I can complete a session with one large window that lets in good natural light; this is often in the master bedroom or the nursery. If your home does not have great window light, we can add some auxiliary lighting to help brighten the space. If the weather is good, we can also consider an outdoor location for your newborn photo session.

 

Where will my Family session be held?

Family sessions are typically held at an outdoor location, often at a park. We will choose a location together and I am happy to provide suggestions. However, I love exploring new locations and want your location to reflect your family's personality, so if you have a favorite spot in mind, let me know. 

 

What should I wear?

You and your family should wear clothes that are comfortable and fit your personality. Outfits that coordinate colors without matching exactly provide a natural look while visually tying your family together. What will my session be like?

Your session will be fun and relaxed. I want your family to enjoy playing together. In order to capture your family engaging with one another, I am going to ask you often to not look at the camera, but to look at each other as this is the best way to see the connection between all of you. We will, of course, take a few photos with everyone looking at the camera, but it’s okay (and encouraged) for you and the kids to not look directly at me.

 

Will I get the digital photos from my session?

Yes! Your session is all inclusive. I love so many of the photos from my sessions that I have a hard time choosing just a few, I don't want you to have to choose either. The session fee includes access to a digital gallery of the edited high resolution photos from your session. You can print photos directly through the gallery or you can download and print/display them however you choose. 

How far out are you booked?

I open my schedule in December/January for the following year. Please contact me for current availability.
